US Youth Soccer Launches Next Generation Website Redesign
US Youth Soccer launched its new website platform redesigned to provide a new, user-friendly experience with improved navigation through a simple, modern visual design and enhanced features and functionality.
Youth Soccer News: Visitors to USYouthSoccer.org, the official website of US Youth Soccer, has a new, cool look. With fresh and relevant content and a truly mobile-responsive design from a tablet or mobile device, the revamped platform integrates the US Youth Soccer national website with the four regional websites, continuing the theme of providing users a simpler navigation structure and seamless online presence.
“With 35 US Youth Soccer member State Associations currently on our digital platform, it is critically important to showcase the best syndicated content, scores and standings, as well as photos and video highlights from our tournaments and events nationwide,” said Christopher Moore, CEO of US Youth Soccer. “We did extensive research to understand how US Youth Soccer members, including soccer clubs, players, parents, coaches, referees, administrators and the general public were actually using our previous website. These insights ultimately drove how we reimagined the new experience.”
New feature: Visitors will now see a scoreboard at the top of the website for live game scores during tournaments and league games hosted through the US Youth Soccer Event Management System.
Rollout for youth soccer clubs: US Youth Soccer State Associations will now have access to create their own sites on the new platform helping to produce clean, consistent and modern websites.
An expanded offering to US Youth Soccer clubs will be a key part of the redesign, as member clubs will soon have access to Americaneagle.com’s services to integrate sites that follow the scope of the redesign. This will allow each club to have the opportunity to operate a professional website with the same improved functions coming to USYouthSoccer.org.
“Working in partnership with US Youth Soccer for over 10 years, we are excited to unveil this new website platform,” said Brad Skeen, Director of Digital Transformation, Americaneagle.com. “The mobile design and experience is clean and easy to navigate. Coupled with integrated tournament matches, scores, standings and more, users have quick access to timely and important updates right in their hands, whether on the go or at the field. With content syndication through national, State Association, and club sites, the platform brings the US Youth Soccer community together like never before.
